New construction HVAC for custom homes, additions, and renovations.
Our focus is residential service, repair, and replacement. We also accept select new construction projects where we can deliver the same standard: right sized design, clean installation, and a system commissioned properly from day one.
What we can help with.
New construction is a secondary service for Exodus. Each project is evaluated individually based on scope, scheduling, and available capacity, so we only commit to work we can do right.
HVAC planning and equipment selection
Equipment chosen for the home, the budget, and long term serviceability.
Heating and cooling load calculations
Systems sized to the actual home, not a rule of thumb.
Supply and return ductwork
Complete duct systems designed and installed for quiet, even airflow.
Heat pumps, AC, and air handlers
Ducted systems installed cleanly and to code.
Ductless mini splits
For additions, bonus spaces, and areas ducts cannot reach.
Installation and commissioning
Startup, airflow, and refrigerant charge verified before handoff.
Trusted by local professionals.
